Loading Zones

To park in a designated loading zone spot for more than 30 minutes, obtain a loading zone pass from our Service Desk in JGB 2.112.

• Place the pass on your dashboard and keep your emergency flashers on during use.
• Each pass allows for 2-hour use of a loading zone.
• Passes cannot be used for any other surface or garage parking.
• Passes are available for faculty, staff, and guest use, including vendors and technicians. Passes are only available to students on a case-by-case basis.

Processing time: Available on-demand during business hours

Day Visits

For 1-2 guests on campus for the day, obtain single-use parking garage passes from our Front Desk in JGB 2.112.

• Each pass can only be used once to enter and once to leave a garage.
• Passes cannot be used for surface lot parking.
• Passes are for guest use only and not available to employees or students.
