Jackson School Annual Research Symposium
Each spring semester, Jackson School students present their research in a day-long poster competition. Prizes of up to $1,000 are awarded for the best posters!

Geological Society of America
The Geological Society of America holds its annual meeting in the fall and is a great opportunity to present your research and interact with peers and geoscience experts from all fields.

The GSA also holds regional meetings for its six GSA Geographic Sections. The smaller meetings are specially geared for geoscience students and are a great place to present your research for the first time.
American Geophysical Union
